Finally I saw her coming around he corner with that huge glowing smile on her face, but she wasn't alone like she had promised. I knew the guy that was walking with her, and when I tried to stand up I noticed huge chunks of grass pulled up along with my hands, plus I hadn't been sweating up until now, even with the sun blaring down on me. My eyes felt all buggy and I could tell I was glaring semi-ferociously when they walked up to me and that smile of hers turning almost instantaneously upside down.

ReplyDeleteVery nice, written extremely well. You make it very easy to picture the scene because of the details. I like how you worded the part with the grass, it's great.
